Lemon peel angel with white big spots

So, I’m super lost now and need some advice. All my fish has gone through 40 days of copper power at 2.3-2.5. Then I added metroplex and Prazipro for 2 weeks. Today I come home and my lemon peel angel and fox face has a bunch of bigger white dots that doesn’t look like ich. What could it be and how to treat it?

That's what i thought it was too. But here's the weird part, he originally had it and a week later it went away. So i did a big water change and it came back. Last night i did a freshwater dip with Prazi and today its all gone.

If it keeps coming back the fish must be a lymphomaniac.

That is unlikely to be Lymphocystis. More likely they are mucus plugs. Sometimes, fish produce these in response to an irritant, in this case, the copper treatment. The coming and going of the spots is pretty typical of that. It is not a well understood issue, I haven't got a treatment to suggest, other than try and reduce the stress to the fish.

Are the fish showing ANY other symptoms?

That’s good to know, just weird that I did a water change and did not add back copper and bam it showed back up. I guess the change in water could’ve stressed him out. He is eating n swimming normal and after the fresh water dip it’s all gone.
