Lemon peel angelfish acting strange

Thank you for your reply. Sadly she passed away. I notice though last night as she was still alive and breathing her whole body started to turn white. Do you know what the cause of that is. I noticed it on her tail fin first and then it started going up her whole body. Almost like her yellow was turning white.

Was it a growth of some kind or just a discoloration? Fish with velvet (and flukes) will sometimes turn pale just before dying.

It was discoloration. This is my multi colored who is now in QT. I am treating her with copper now. These are the photos of her. It looks like discoloration. I don't see any white bumps or dust it just look like fin discoloration. What is it?

This is my Multi Color who is being QT'd as well and I started treating him with copper lastnight, I do not see any growth or bump at all on him, just a discoloration of his scales. To my understanding ich and velvet look like dust or little sugar grains on the scales but I only see a discoloration ( The lemon Peel had the same discoloration which was white as well ) Is this velvet?

My guess is its from the parasites attacking the body. However, a secondary bacterial infection is also possible. Seeing how fast it took down the Lemonpeel, I would dose an antibiotic from this list: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/antibiotics.283711/
