I’m not convinced that is lymphocystis, the lesions seem deeper into the skin, not on the surface. More likely, these are parasites cysts, either nematodes or digeneans. Those shouldn’t spread.Swimming normally. No eating that I’ve observed. 24 hours to the hour that I’ve had it. Offered flake, pellets, LFS. Breathing normal.

However, the fish is thin, so that means it hasn’t been feeding well, even longer than the day you have had it. You may not be able to fix that. These are not a really hardy species. What foods have you been trying?
