Lens help

The Tamron is a great lens. I use it for everything. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I'm looking forward to playing with it

ended up buying it on amazon, along with a uv filter (just plane jane to protect the lens from getting junk down in there). it was 449 (i think), had the 90 rebate, plus i had two $25 certificates from using my amazon card. i paid 11 to upgrade to 2-day shipping, so all in all, i think it was around 320 or 330? (including the $7 filter)

OH MY FLIPPIN GOSH!!! this lens is the FLIPPING BOMB!!!!!

i only got to play with it for about 10 minutes before i had to leave for work. didn't even have my CF card in it, but was just eyeing things up through the lens with the camera on. this lens is tight!!!!!

Now i gotta go to the other place and let labman know he has to get this ASAP!
