Leopard wrasse acting lethargic

My leopard wrasse started acting different on Thursday. I've been feeding mysis with Seachem Focus + API General cure since Friday under the assumption it could something internal. I've had him since February. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Nope, he actually looks to be doing better now that I've been adding the API General Cure. Poop looks brown, so I don't think it's internal worms.
