Leopard Wrasse bent spine

I have a leopard wrasse had it for a couple of years absolutely superb fish, about 3 weeks ago he started getting bullied and nipped at by my two Black Ice Clowns no idea why they normally get on really well now he is lay on his side on the sand bed breathing quite slowly and he is bent, doesn’t want to eat or move all my parameters are good and my other fish are fine. What I’d like to know is can he survive, is there anything I can do to help him (it’s probably female but all my fish get called he) or is it inevitable that he will die.

They have been known to jump and injure themselves like that.
Some can recover from it, others like mine unfortunately do not.

That’s not good, I don’t think he will survive he’s not doing anything at all it’s heartbreaking, he’s not in my main tank because he needs to be able to recover if possible.

I have had fresh water fish like this...it's 50/50 imo. I hope yours recovers!

I’d leave him in a very low flow area and keep trying to get him to eat. You’ll just have to see what happens with time. I had a Timor Wrasse swim up a HOB filter in QT and actually stopped the powerhead. I got him out and he was bent like a Z but he survived and is doing great.

I’ve got him in my sump so he’s not being bothered by the other fish and we are trying to entice him to eat.

First factor will be getting it to eat. If you can see it pop out and swim towards food, it stands a chance. If not, it will begin to weaken.
If it does swim and begin to stabilize, you will need to keep it from the clowns
