Leopard wrasse breathing heavy

They heavy breathing is a bit of a concern. The fact it's burrowed is good. The fact it's not completely burrowed is not completely abnormal for QT. Leopards are notorious for internal issues as well.

Hopefully the water change and carbon will help out, I'll report back. Not sure what else to do at this point.

If the fish has been through all of the prophylactic treatment you plan to do, the best place for the fish is a DT. Leopards need established mature tanks. They can be quite tricky in QT.

I was trying to get her there ASAP. What’s the best way to get the salinity up to 1.026?without additional undue stress

She's still alive, breathing is a bit better and she's still eating. Trying to get her into the display hoping its just stress from the QT for over a month.

Ok so got her in the display, she seems happy, is back to breathing normally and is busy picking at pods which is great news. Hopefully it stay that was, thanks everyone for the help, wish us luck.
