Leopard wrasse eating but getting thin

Like he title says she eats really well but is getting thinner and thinner. I started medicated food today general cure and focus soaked mysis with a little garlic and selcon. She goes after it but spits a lot of it out. Any ideas or just hope some goes down and does the trick?

Bump up salinity slowly to 1.024
Additionally, mysis good but not enough. Needs meaty foods such as LRS or RODS FOODS. Also prime reef and even brine shrimp (all these are frozen diets)

Do not medicate unless it is sick. Continue vitamins every other day. The LRS has vitamins and aminos in it already

Yeah they are a good size but she keeps loosing weight. Hopefully the lrs will help and it’s not too late.

What’s the issue with the salinity?

Started the meds as part of my normal qt protocol and I understand they are especially prone to intestinal worms.

If you feel she's eating enough but still getting thin, something is wrong.
I personally would continue with medicated food, in this scenario.
Medicated food is one of the easiest and least stressful (to both them and us) ways to treat fish illness.
Intestinal parasites don't always result in the classic 'stringy white poop'.
Of course there are other reasons why a fish might waste away (organ damage, neoplasm, etc), but most of those won't be diagnosable or treatable.

Have not seen any obvious signs of parasites except weight loss. But something is up for sure
