I just gave mine to a friend but I trained him in a qt tank seeded with pods from aquarium depot depot. He actually quickly took to a variety of frozen foods. I started with brine, then mixed different types in each feedings. He eats brine, mysis, hakari angel and marine mix, ocean nutrition prime reef, chopped clams, really almost anything. It's better to do it that way than to put them directly into your dt. Putting them directly into the dt is sometimes the biggest mistake: the stress of a new tank inhibits them from eating or sometimes they starve once they have cleaned out the pods. It's also good to at least run a couple of rounds of prazi pro also, parasites come in with these guys alot.
