Hi all!
Need a bit of advice, I have a new leopard wrasse in quarantine, waited 3 days to be sure he was eating well before I start copper safe, I put a bowl of sand in the tank and he won’t bury. Should I proceed with the copper? Any ideas how to get him to bury?
Thank you ahead of time

She may or may not bury in the sand. It's not absolutely vital that she does. As long as the sand is present, she has the choice which is good. Most of the time it takes some time for them to find the sand bowl and figure out what to do with it. I occasionally have one that finds and finds no interest in using it.

Thank you melypyr1985! I respect your expertise! I’ll go ahead and start copper safe!
She actually was going in and was throwing the sand out of the bowl
