Lepoard Wrasse Changing Sex

One of my two female lepoard wrasses is changing its sex. Heres my dilemma, i am breaking down the tank to restart due to dinos and have to re home the fish within 3 temporary tanks i just set up yesterday. I was planning on doing this within the next day or two. Will these actions disturb the sex change? I only noticed it today not sure how long the change has been going on. Thanks!

It's hard to tell, this change is determined by social dynamics more than anything else. I'd would definitely put the 2 together, although the entire tank may play a part; the relationship between the 2 wrasses are most important.

Yes the 2 would be in the same tank along with a radiant wrasse as all 3 swim together. I am unsure if the stress of the move could mess up the change.

With leopards, once the change begins it usually doesn't revert back.

I wouldn't much worry. It shouldn't alter the rate of the process all that much, but of course there will be no way to measure that.

Regardless, you'll still have a male after things settle down.
