Leptastrea random polyp bailout

Water has been good, everything else including LPS and SPS are happy, yet this Leptastrea has started to drop a polyp every couple of days. If it's not the water quality, what else could cause this?

Assuming the coral is happy and growing before this, maybe that's a method of reproduction? Spreading out like some soft corals do?
