Lesion on firefish

Soooo.......as I'm about to pull her from the tank today and put her in the QT for treatment (took me a couple days to get everything) I take a good look at her and it looks better! [emoji849]. I'm still willing to treat her in a QT, but if it's looking better is it worth stressing her in a QT? If I was home and could feed the antibiotics every day I'd totally do that, but I'll be gone 3 days starting tomorrow. Thoughts?

It looks like it's healing on it's own! yay! Who will be feeding the fish while your gone? Can you fix it up so they get vitamins in the food to keep up the immune system while your gone?

I don't really have anyone I trust to come to my house. since I was only going to be gone fri-sun I was just planning to feed fri morning, skip sat, feed sun night.

Ok. Well, let us know how he's doing when you get back!

Will do. Thank you for all your help. I need to eventually get someone trained to "babysit" while I'm gone. I've just never had a need for it since I've never left the tank for more than 3 days. This is what I get for not being prepared! Thanks again.

Good luck! Looks to be improving indeed!
