Hey reefers I would like to see your plate corals and hear about your experience with them and like to know the growth rate on them and what you do to take care of them. I have one that I had for about 6 months and haven’t noticed anything in growth
 
This is what mine looks like all the time

They are slow growing for me too. Mine catches food most days when I feed the fish. Frozen mysis or LRS reef frenzy.
