I’m still trying to plan things in my head for the 120! Here’s the current wishlist! I’m also already thinking of upgrades and extra accessories. Things like UV sterilizers, fleece rollers, etc. I want to see your sump and placement of what you have.

You forgot your wishlist...

It also depends on your budget. Ideally a fleece roller (Red Sea) because it is 200 microns and a skimmer. But also a cloud based controller/monitoring system because you are not going to be there and your tank is going to be semi-public, so you need to have some sort of parameter/levels alert system.

It came with an Apex!:) I’ll post photos tomorrow.

And the maintenance people are going to hate me lol. I am also praying/trusting that the float valve will stop and not overflow because I’m nervous about it. And by the time the water came out it took like 10 minutes. So slow!

Is that RODI going to be permanently there?
Other considerations are airborne chemicals from cleaning supplies, people treating using your brute as a trash can (because it is) And malicious vandalism. Because you just invaded someone who "Doesn’t get paid enough for this S**t" space.
Just saying...

No not a permanent attachment as of now. Maintenance people also aren’t on the weekends. At least I don’t think and can move it as needed. And the room is locked security actually has to come and open it.

This is my sump to my 4’ tank;
I also have a UV steriliser at the top out of the shot.

And not all of my sump is man made! Some of it is natural :)

The sump setup for my 75gal. Been running about a year-and-a-half now.

I put a float valve on my RODI and instead of it stopping the water flow, the water just pushed out past the Hose Couplings at the Filters and soaked my floor. Hope you have better luck than I did.

I do! I have not had any leaks or any floods. Knock on wood! Although there was one time it ran all night with the float valve upside down making no water!:(
