I hope you are getting everyone including animals out of the room when you laze the aptaisias. And of course, you wear the certified protective goggles.

Don't turn this into a safety thread, I treat it like its a gun. And yes I have the correct safety glasses.

That's good. Not trying to turn it in to anything but info.
I don't know what you do know, and I don't know what you don't know... Just sharing.
It worked for me, I've tried burgias and everything else, I love the Lazer treatments!

The laser is made by Survival Laser, its a 1.4w 445nm. The best place to look for one is on laser pointer forum in the sales thread.

Yes these things are for real! My buddy got the 2200mw version also made by survival laser. It worked very well! Its only been a couple weeks now but I see no sign of the three aiptasia I zapped literally with laser precision. LOL

Funny thing though my coral banded was running around the tank eating the cooked pieces like it was BBQ. By the third one I was having to shew him away with the handle side of a scraper to keep him out of harms way.

These things are very powerful and dangerous. I really didn't think something so small could put out this much power. And you are correct, this is the best thing I've found to kill aptasia. Took it up to my lfs and they're ordering one today.

Will it kill anthella / blue clove polyps?
I have no doubt it will kill them. I could actual even see one of these lasers being used to stop one coral from encroaching on another. What the long term success would be is obviously still unknown.

I need you to come over with that thing. i got 2 free frags for your service.
