Also, not a bad idea to feed the medicine-laced food (it's reef-safe, when bound with Focus) to your other fish as well. Fish tend to sample one another's poop, and anyone who sampled his will stand a chance of contracting the same parasites.

Thank you everyone for your advice! Little guy is swimming more today. Hopefully on the mend. We turned a corner yesterday I believe. Can I soak the pellets in prazipro or should I buy specific foods? Suggestions?

I'm not sure I'd use Prazi-Pro with food ... I generally use General Cure, by API, with Focus, by Seachem. General cure contains both Praziquantel and Metronidazole, in a powdered form.
