I also have to say that I have a new found hatred for OV. Before this series I had the typical dislike because of the fact he was on the other team and usual rival stuff. But after watching his dirty tactics, I kinda lost respect for the ******. The hit on Gonchar was a big factor, but when I saw that was his MO when he hits guy. Also several times he hits guys from behind into the boards he would kick their legs out and basically body slam them to the ice. JMO, because the D #*k H#*d has the skills that he doesn't need to play like that.

Varly definitely didn't deserve to end his season like that. He was one of the main reasons they were in the playoffs. He has got a hell of career ahead of him.

Bettman is the devil.:hell_boy: The way the games are being called this year is almost like they want to coax them to 7 games. Obviously they want Crosby to win a cup because he is their poster boy but it is more than that. We already know Bettman's former league the NBA has had refs fix games. I am not talking about 1 specific series but all of them. Hockey has always been poorly officiated but this year has been pathetic. I have seen mystery calls decide more than one playoff game. Then when you look at the replay it is impossible to figure out where the penalty was. There have been tons of penaltiy calls in tight games with 2-3 minutes left as well. Anyone else notice this?

My problem with the games was the opposite. They were not calling penalties when the should have. What was also troubling was that it didn't favor one team or the other. I saw obvious penalties on both sides and nothing from the refs not even a warning. Not sure what non-calls on both sides would accomplish.
