I picked up some "A" grade Florida rock and theres a couple things on it I'm not sure of.
What is the green lps in t he pic. I'll post the other when it opens back up.

Here's the other one. When closed up it resembles a Duncan with colored flesh on the stalk.

The first one looks like a Caribbean Rose coral. These will hitchhike their way into our tank on live rock sometimes. The second one might be a Hidden Cup coral.

These rocks are definitely prime candidates for hitchhikers. Some of the prettiest live rock I've ever found all the way here in Colorado.

After consulting the Google I believe you're right on both counts.

That is a nice gift

If they are hidden cups then they use to inhabit most of this rock. There are skeletons all over. I should learn how to keep this one alive I suppose.

Oh and by the way, it's been 3 days since I started this tank with 100%live rock and I've yet to see any ammonia in the slightest. I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna cycle.
