Have any tanks not currently set up? Let's see them. And yes I hear it from the wife everyday.

I’ve got one even better than those. How about an empty tank stand?

I’m supposed to take deliver of my tank early this week. It’s a 36” peninsula and measures at 36” long x 26” wide x 28” tall and 115 gallons. For reference, the stand is 21” tall. The tank will reach to about 3” under the thermostat on the wall (which is going to be relocated either today or tomorrow).

A 175 gallon sump is on the other side of the wall and it’s been cycling 210 pounds of rock since February 5th.

And yes I hear it from the wife everyday.

My wife left me about 18 months ago after we’d been married for 14 years so she could pursue a relationship with a guy who she used to have a crush on in high school. 6 months later, she left him and her life is in shambles. Ha!

Now I don’t hear any complaints about anything from nobody. It sure makes a lot of things in this hobby easier.

Ordered the tank from Reef Savvy in the month of May, 2015. After some delays on my part and other issues, the tank was received in October 2016. Life intervened and it is still sitting. Retired three months ago and figured I would finally have time to work in it - but haven’t touched it yet. One day. Reef Savvy 125 - actually is ready for water in the main system - since last year! :-)

Waiting on the correct stand. Was supposed to be a dark walnut finish to match the rest of the dark woodwork in the house.

Tank was ordered middle of November, sump was built and filled with saltwater and rock to begin curing by the first of January.

New stand should have been delivered first of April, but Custom Aquariums is located in Wisconsin and have been shut down due to the stay at home orders there.

Hopefully soon.....

Slow and steady wins the race, or so they say. I should win this race for sure then lol
At least taking my time lets me space out my purchases, so it is a bit easier on the wallet this way. At least thats what I tell my self to make me feel better about having empty tank for last 6 months or so.
