I've always like favias, the color combos and structure are far more varied, colorful and interesting than chalices (Oh, but I love those too). For those who posted pictures, I'd have to say it's a BIG thumbs up for your corals...I couldn't pick a favorite to save my life...they are all stunning. These eye candy threads are always my favorites...I just go back to them over and over again.

On a different note, how many of you bought plain, nothing special favias from the LFS and find with better care, lighting and water quality they morphed into the beauties pictured here?
 
Here is an updated pic of my baby blue and pink eye Favia....I can't believe how just a slight differance in placement has made in color of this thing.Again don't pay attention to my algea war going on...The battle is at a stalemate at the moment.

A nice little purple and green favia from SaraB...it really is a lot more purple then it shows here...also, it has LONG sweepers, needs to be by it lonesome.
