As the titles states. I would love to see pictures of Acro's in all of their daylight glory. Just trying to get ideas as I am going to start up my 480 gallon peninsula with "old school" pieces in a couple of months. I am going to run 400w Radiums so not interested in the blue light corals.

Even if pictures are 20 years old, Let's see them! I love seeing Acro's true colors in daylight.

Let's see those Pearlberrys, Red Planets, Purple Monsters, Palmers blue millis, ....you get the jist.

Just took down my 33 month old 120 running 2 250 14k MH.

Is it just me but I often browse the SPS eye candy thread here or the SPS Keepers section on Reef Central and just start from the very beginning. Love looking at the older pictures.

Nice thread to watch. My new tank will have 400W radiums as well. Can't wait to get them started up. Sitting in a box waiting for now.

Mine too! New tank is being built so on the shelf they wait. Have about 5 years worth of bulbs also. Can't wait to get these on the new tank.

Nice! You will love these. I hope you also bought a chiller.

I currently have a 1hp chiller on my system now. I run all T5 which still produce heat but not as bad as halide. It does a great job especially when in the dead heat of summer.

I have a couple things in place to help with heat. My current system is plumbed into the garage. I just installed an exhaust fan in the garage which has dropped the heat and humidity down A LOT. I have a 300 gallon rubbermade for the new sump. I am going to install a big fan over the sump if needed. The new canopy will have an open top to allow heat to escape with a big fan built into it. I also plan on installing a mini split unit in the room with the tank as well to keep it cooler than the house.

Hopefully, with all of these in place it will keep my temp stable.

Look at all those bulbs!! Probably a good idea. I should get more.
