So as I'm stuck on the couch with a cold or beginnings of the flu out of the corner of my eye all I see is my wrasse showing off as usual... so let's see your flasher flashing! These guys move so fast it's hard to get a clear picture. Mine came from livequaria as terminal phase however his top fin is starting to turn to yellow [emoji41]

Ran across this on You Tube. The Nursalim Flasher Wrasse. To me the holy grail of flashers. Not available in the aquarium world.

Nice wrasse, kind of looks like a trigger. Also appears aggressive

That's very cool, why is it not available in the aquarium world?

Oo I know, took me like 20 min to get the pics I have and they still ar clear. Very nice wrasse, I feel like flashers don't get the attention they deserve.

Species is known only from the Bird's Head region in Papua Indonesia, and very little is known of this new species. However, given the deep water habitat and small size, and its presence in marine protected areas within a limited range, it is listed as Least Concern.

That's what I found on it. One article a few years old on reefbuilders.com says they are not available to the aquarium trade. Hate to think what the price would be if some did come on the market.
