I really love my Potters Angel. It brings lots of color and personality in my tank. Definitely my favorite pygmy angelfish. I will get a picture of mine, but it may take a while with my lack of photo taking ability. I want to see and hear about your Potter's angelfish experiences. Do share!
Thanks,

-Peter

Had this guy several years ago.

Had this pair years ago --- lost them when the main pump ran dry when I had emergency back surgery.

man what a beautiful fish, they don't bother the snails and corals? LA's description saids its not 100% reef safe. would love to have one of these.

IME, there is one coral that any dwarf angel can't resist is fleshy LPS, the other corals (( can tell by the pictures )) aren't really bothered.

Of course, each fish is going to be different, so there will always be a risk.

Mine :) - feeding flakes and he eats them like crazy! Also using new era marine algae, which I find all the fish love.

Beautiful fish! I love my cherub angel, but I wish I would've held off on buying him because the day I saw a Potter's angel in person.... I wanted one!!! Just don't want to risk combining two dwarf angels in the tank.

I have my potters w/ a flame angel and notice no agression between the two. Eventually I plan on adding an emperor angel in 6 months or so too.

Anyone have problems with the potters nipping at sps?

Can see from my pictures above (( post #4 )), I didn't have any issues at all with them and SPS.

Sure did, just wanted to hear it I guess. Haha. I had a coral beauty in my old setup and it never bother my sps at all either. I've always wanted to get a potters tho

I just picked a mated pair last week. They are already eating out of my hand. I'll move them in a few weeks to the display tank.
