Let's See Your Tyree Pinky the Bear

I've seen a few people post pics of this coral and they often look different than mine. I've seen other people's coral contain green, purple, red and all sorts of other colors. Mine is simply pink. I'm wondering if we have different corals, or if it is just a coral that responds quite differently to different conditions.

Ok, I searched this site for "pinky bear" and here are pics I came up with. If you don't like me swiping your photo, let me know and I'll delete it. A few of these are from @coralreeftank, where I got my frag.

Well, mine's about 6 inches off of the bottom in my 30 inch tank.

Here's mine under the evening blues. I'll try to get a better one under whites soon.

Here is mine. I also got mine from crt. It has been a great grower with very good p/e and color. I get very good pinks and green polyps.

You should be getting polyps with the one longer-filament in the middle. If it does not have this, then it is not like a Pinky the Bear. If it does, then it could be.

Here's the little lass.

Looks good. Mines starting to color up from Casper white. It’s developing a lot of pink hues and I can tell the corallites are deepening in color too.

I’m glad I found this thread. I have this killer colony grown from a tiny frag and I have no idea what it was. Ill let the jury decide but I’m thinking it’s pinky. It’s got all the right colors. Super hairy, hopefully this video clip works.
