Let's talk about feeding corals...

Once a week targeted reef roid at the moment. Only lps and zoas.

Hopefully it helps.. not sure since I am new at reefing

Target feed mixture of reef roids and reef pulse twice weekly. Believe it definitely makes a difference. Many of the corals show a feeding response. Don’t think my Gonis would survive without the feedings. Euphyllia and other lps seem to thrive as well as the sps including acros.

My schedule has become quite ridiculous! Coral feeding specifically: dry powder food Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays rotating Reef roids, Reef Chili, Coral frenzy and ME coral food. On those days the fish get dry only 0.5mm pellets (NLS thera A) which some lps might eat. Amino acids: Fuel Mondays and Fridays, Polyp Booster Sundays and Thursdays, Brightwell coral aminos all other days. Frozen foods (fish and corals who can eat it) Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays: cyclops, reef plankton, marine cuisine. I have these plugged into my phone calendar (probably obviously) to keep track.
Don't actually know if it helps as this is a new regimen. All the food is the same but until a few weeks ago it was just random/pick something. Still spot feed randomly.
