After feeling a tingle in a cut while I was touching my cement floor, I decided to get the old voltmeter out and take a reading.

Using a A.W. Sperry DSA-400 set to 200v ACV, I was reading 29v.

After unplugging everything I was reading 2.4v, took it as meter error. Plugged every pump/heater/lights/whatever in one at a time and saw no major jump, 2-6v depending on piece. Everything is less than a year old and I inspected all cord connections to equipment finding nothing out of the ordinary.

While grounding the tank to the cement floor, using myself, voltage dropped to 3.

Should I rule out a major leak?

Should I invest in a titanium ground probe?

Equipment:

In-sump
Maxijet 2x 600, 1200
Sicce PSK600
Eheim 1048
Aquaticlife 873gph
Jäger 300w heater
Titanium 250w heater
RKL temp probe
Aquaticlife lab PH probe
Float switch for ATO

Out of sump
(Don't think it matters, no cords in dt/fuge)

Mp40/10
2x Radion
2x t5ho (over sump)
9w led bulb (over fuge)
RKL/pc4/sl1

I also apologize in advance for having a post about the same topic as one already in the first 2 pages.

Also, I don't normally stick my hands in the tank with cuts, so I don't know if this has always been going on.
