Lettuce Type Algae Problem

I am having a little bit of a lettuce type algae infestation. My system is new only about 5 months old. I took on some of my friends corals while he is redoing his system. One of his colonies came with a little bit of this lettuce looking algae on it. 1 month later it has invested my entire system. Zebrasoma tangs seem to eat it but only new or trimmed growth. Does anyone have a good quick cure for this type of algae?

Its not a "bad algae" in my opinion, a tang should now it down
