Levamisole in reef tank [flatworm problem]

Hello , my lfs suggested me to use levamisole to eliminate flat worms .
did anyone used this method ? is it safe for corals ?

Some reefers like flatworms, some like them because they are fish food, and some like them because of the ecosystem, but I don't. My wrasse eats them.
