Levamisole Source?

I have a flasher wrasse with internal parasites I haven't been able to clear with extended treatments of both prazi and fenbendazole, so i'd like to try Levamisole. I'm struggling to find a good source. Anyone have a recommendation?

Have you tried your local Grange or farm animal type supply?
