Leveling Mat Not Level

I have been trying for days to get my Red Sea Reefer 750 XXL level and the tank is finally level but the stand is not. After further inspection, the self leveling mat on the front left corner is flat and the front left corner of the tank is basically sitting on the stand. For that reason I had to unscrew the two feet under the stand almost all the way out in order to level the tank on that corner, but now the sump is not sitting level.

Besides that I am worried about the tank sitting directly on the stand in that front corner. Not sure what to do. Someone please help!!!

I would contact red sea customer service...
