What are the perfect levels for CA,KH,MG

No perfect level only a range that is good but just don't have to many swings in parameters or it will stress coral me personally my tanks calcium 450, magnesium 1200,alkalinity 4 meq

No exact numbers, personally. My display is usually kept at:
Cal:420
Mag:1350
Alk:9.5
My frag tank is
Cal:440
Mag:1350
Alk:8.6
As long as it's in range, the right numbers are stable numbers.

my eyes are bad so my son tests for me . this is what he has

KH = .80 = 4.4 MEG/L 12.3 dkh
CA = .84 = 420ppm
MG= 65=1280-1320

Alk is a tad high, but I wouldn't rush to change it if your coral is happy

What are you dosing with? All additives please.
What are you testing levels with?
What does your salt mix have to start?
Are you mixing the salt water or buying from lfs?
What is specific gravity and how is it measured?

Rechecked . My calcium was off the chart . My son didn't think I added any so he did too plus my salinity was low

Correcting the levels down too fast can also makes your corals unhappy, partial water changes maybe ok.
How high is it, where's the chart end?If terribly high I would expect some precipitation.
