LFS Closed. Online retailer?

On Monday I woke up, jumped on FB and sadly I saw my only LFS was having a "HUGE closing sale" 50% store wide. I went and unfortunately he had no fish left I did stock up on Meds and a few frags. So I was wondering what some of the online vendors you guys trust and what some of the sketchy ones are. I know I have looked at Live Aquaria a few times but never pulled the trigger.

I buy from LA (DD), Reef Corner, Vivid.

It's pretty easy to tell the good from the bad just look for reviews, and we have a huge list of sponsor to choose from.

Fish or coral?
Coral I've got suggestions, fish I've always bought locally.
For coral:
Joe Knows Reefs (also my LFS) Great operation and only a phone call away if have specific wants/needs.

Bought from all and will not hesitate to buy again.

Doesn't Diver's Den ship out of Wisconsin? Looked up your location and saw you're just north of Chicago. I'd suggest Reefwise. He's always got some beautiful fish in stock.

Yes they do. They are about 6/7 hours from me. The good part about where I'm located I guess is I'm almost exactly 1/2 between Milwaukee WI and Chicago IL. I have never been to Chicago for fish. Did not know who or what was down their. I have been to Milwaukee only once for fish up at Aquatics Unlimited. I really don't know much about either city's LFS population

Granted I have a 24g so have only ordered 4 fish from them, but I've had good experiences with BlueZoo. I also like the fact that they include a small packet of StressGuard with each fish shipment - not only helps to physically protect the fish during acclimation ... also eliminates any worry of ammonia build up in the shipping water during the acclimation process.

Does anyone like saltwaterfish.com? I don't like their guarantee where they will only replace a dead fish once, if the next one they send you dies too you are S.O.L.

I heard they also don't put a garuntee on fish that are poor shippers

I just bought a pair of Frostbite Clownfish from Sustainable Aquatics retail shop, The Coral Reef TN. The fish shipped great and they sell other fish besides Clowns. I have also purchased from Live Aquaria several times years ago and never had a DOA.

Bump for NY Aquatic Ordered from them before a Purple tang and a Moorish Idol That eats like a Pig frozen to Nori he eats it all. Ive order most of my fish from Livaqaria though
