I bought 2 frags from the local LFS - a month and GSP. Upon preparing dip, I noticed reddish brown flatworms. After a fresh water then coral rx dip - I found more flatworms, 2 nudis, bristleworm, aptasia and a partial asterina. This is probably the most pests I have seen on coral and even with the dips, I am concerned about putting them in my DT. I have them in quarantine now. Any suggestions for next steps? Or maybe an additional fresh water dip?

If you have a big enough tank & room for another fish or two get 1-2 Halichoeres wrasses in the DT one that’s known for flat worms & bristleworms (Mine is H. iridis) and then another that goes after the more nudi type pests (Such as H. chrysus) just to help combat them, you can always do another FW dip to get rid of more just before adding to the DT

Looks like it's a good thing you did a dip! Great job sticking to the process!!

I wouldn't be concerned since this came out in the dip. Keep an eye on the base of your corals. If you start to notice anything that is unusual to how it is now (besides growth) might do another dip.

I would not even consider adding it to my DT until a long QT process with dips every couple days until no pests are found from 2 consecutive dips...and then still qt/observe. The dips do great at killing adult pests...they are almost useless at killing eggs. Of the pests mentioned the flatworms and nudis(depending on type) are what would concern me.
