LFS in Panama City Florida

I'm down in Panama City Beach Florida on vacation from Michigan and while in down here I wanted to check out some of the LFS's in the area. Anyone know of any good ones in the area to check out?

man! I miss the pet stores in Michagan, I lived in Lansing for a few years, Pruis animal house is awesome. I'm in fort Walton beach fla, about 45 min north of Panama City and my favorite pet store is a 12' x25' room in a car mechanics shop. not kidding.. tagging along here in hopes to hear some suggestions. good luck!

Yea I have been to some pretty nice fish stores in Michigan and one of the best coral only shops is only 2 miles from my house. I am hoping though that there are some nice places to check out while I'm down here. My logic is that since I'm right next to the ocean there has got to be some nice LFS around, right? We will see, I'm going to be here for a week so hopefully I'll get some good suggestions in before I leave. My wife just wants to sit on the beach all day, I'd rather check out things to add to my tank haha. Also planning on going snorkeling or something while I'm here too.

You could try water world in Pensacola. I didn't make it to that one. It seems like a nice store from the reviews.

sorry 8( trust me, I wish I had a must see saltwater destination to tell you about. I think all the cool stuff is down in southern florida.

I agree take a trip down to Orlando and visit WWC and LRO. I don't think you would regret that decision.

I was thinking about it but it is about a 5 hour drive. If did decided to go that way I know wwc would be one of my stops and the other is a guy I know that sells stuff. I did however find a guy on Craigslist that has a shop call exotic reefs in the Panama City area. Anyone heard any good things about that place?

I talked to my LFS guy and he mentioned that as probably the best in that area. let us know how it is if you go!

gulf coast aquarium Is awesome. they are in downtown p.c. on Harrison. heath and tyler are awesome. that is the only place I go and I live in p.c.

There are LFS in PC? If not, I'd imagine it's a shorter drive to Tally (where all the students probably have more tanks than PC) and to FWB or Pensacola.
