I was looking for a great way to rid my mini reef of some very resourceful aptasia and I was told that this file fish would be reef safe. Like a fool I did not even Google, due to the flawlessly accurate record of this store. Yet now the file fish is attacking my long tentacle anemone. :( I am taking him back so he may be adopted to a better suited environment. But have no good ideas on a reef safe replacement? Can anyone please help me?

Peppermint shrimp. Make sure they are Peppermint and not Camel back shrimp.

I have had good luck with peppermint shrimp in my reef system but, how big is your tank, you might just be able to remove the rock and pluck them off?
