Lfs premix saltwater rodi safe? Ich?

Hello, just wondering if buying saltwater and ro water is ich free from lfs? Or ro water is okay but not the saltwater? Is mixing and doing your own saltwater a safer way to not get ich? Thanks

Ich requires a fish host to survive.

Unless your LFS is taking water out of his tanks, you don't have much to worry about.

So lets say an aquarium tank has ich but no fish shows any sign of ich will the ich die? As in if they could not host onto a fish? Or do they and we cannot see it? Thanks

Most times ich cannot be seen on. It's only one stage of it's life cycle(trophont stage I believe) that it can actually be seen on the fish.

Many people choose ich management(present in tank, but all fish healthy and no active infections), as opposed to outright quarantine.

Both ways work. Up to you to decide if you want to QT, or choose to manage.
