LFS trade, advise requested

Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right form for this post/ question. I have a local coral store that has decent to high quality corals and I've been emailing back and forth to see if he's interested in any of what I have. He's interested in the following 3 small colonies.. And he's asking what i "need" for them. (I was thinking about selling frags to him and/or trading some colonies)
Q: what's a good number to ask for, I want to do more business with him in the future. His frags run $25 , $40 , $60.

The Devils Armor colony frag has 20-30 polyps

Mandarin has about 20 polyps

I have 3 Frags of Utter Chaos looking things that have between 10-30 polyps

Generally when selling to a store I'd find out why they sold for and would get about 60%less. It was always better to trade for coral or store credit.
