I wanted to say it's a pink streaked wrasse but not quite. Especially with the black tail dot.

Thats a female flasher (probably). And females are mostly very difficult to id.

I have been searching for a pink streak for a long time but it's not it

Image search on google gives me a "Marjorie's Fairy Wrasse" but I don't know much to say at 100% this is it.
