Hi I bought a JF home wrecker from the ARC live sale the other day but I look back in my purchase it said JF homemaker. I’ve never heard of a JF Homemaker could you guys take a look at what this is? I feel tricked and lied too especially since it’s a live sale where you have to grab corals quickly. They posted a home wrecker and someone else grabbed it before I got this one and thought I got one too bc of the same colors and similar names. I hope it was just a typo.
I have another complaint. I spent about 800 on the same live sale and PM them to deliver them at a later time because I can’t get home during quarantine and they agreed. A few days later they went ahead and delivered it anyways without notifying me and I’m across the country and I still am. My apartment accepts packages for the residents and when they see perishable labeled on the box, they put it in the fridge room. I wasn’t notified so the corals were in the fridge for more than 3 hours before I found out and told them to take it out and put it in my apartment. After all that I still had to call someone to help me out and actually put the corals in my tank but no one got there until 2 days later. The zoas seemed fine and the acros still had flesh on them was what I was told. I don’t think the acros will survive but we’ll see. I’m trying to get someone to go back to my house and take some pictures to make sure they’re fine and I will post them later. I PMed ARC and all they did was apologize and offered me a shipping refund which I don’t think I got. They were only going to give me back like 35 dollars out of the 800! Since the corals seemed fine I haven’t really PM them since but it’s been like a week and half. This was such a headache that could’ve been avoided and should have been. I don’t want 800 dollars flying out the window like that and I don’t want any other reefers having this kind experience so just a warning.
