Reading these posts feels like I am in an episode of the Twilight Zone. What is really happening have they really caught up to orders or are the people from two years ago still waiting?
they say they are close to being caught up but it’s still a lot of people still waiting on their product

If you never order you will never get in the line and receive a new sensor. It is as simple as that. If there is more you feel we need to discuss about please don't hesitate to contact us directly, this is all I can say here about it.
Please accept my apologies. I've been waiting so long for a solution and I was angry.

So how is the tester working now that the probe has been changed?

Thats what I would like to know. Would love this piece of kit and will test manually until I can get one.

my brand new one I received on 10-1 only lasted until today 10-10. I was not aware that if you don’t have pristine water quality or have elevated nitrates in my case, it will burn out the probe. Pretty bummed out. This thing works great when it was at 100%. I did open a ticket and we will see what happens.

This product just seems to be a huge bust - period.

With the many years of problems - defects, supply, etc.

And now, according to GHL, the new version probe only lasts "3 months minimum" - unless you have excellent water quality, etc...?

And as we can see above - it only last 10 days for one person.

Well it begs the question that it onky works as intended if you have great water quality. Would that not defeat the purpose? Someone like myself, I buy these monitors/ testers to see what is going on in my tank and verify if I have any problems. If it only works if your levels are correct then why would I need a tester/monitor? My KH D has worked flawlessly. Going on 1.5 years. My P4 no issues. Recently the Ph probe has ended its life after 18 months. Again flawless. My nitrates are high and now because of testing, I am working on fixing the issue but it came at the cost of the sensor.

It does not last long at all. Ugh.
