I'm in the market for a quiet return pump that can push at least 1000GPH and run silent, or pretty close to it.
It's a 50G cube in the corner of my living room, so I'm looking for something that is relatively quiet. I saw these pumps on marinedepot.com and are curious if anyone has had any issues with them. I was going to go with a MD9.5, but I've used them in the past for other things and they can be louder then I would like them to be.
Any thoughts or suggestions? I don't have to go with Lifegard, just looking for something submersible, powerful and quiet.
