Lifegard Pump Recommendations.

I have a Lifegard Complete System, with the Four Canisters. I know it’s going to have to be an External Pump, no Sump. What do you guys use? What is the Minimum and Maximum Flow rating on the System?

I found out it is a Lifegard Quiet One 4000 High Head Pump, 951 GPH. I think Spell Check got me, and that’s why I couldn’t find anything about Lifegard Aquarium items. Also I’m missing a few accessories.
