been running my lifereef skimmer as normal. but just noticed the past week since turning on the air. wow it has dropped the ph from 8.1 at the lowest to 7.6 at night to 7.8 during the day time. might have to get the air checked out. but any how. U figured running an air line outside. I know jeff recommends putting an air pump to pump air. since I have only roughly 8 to 10 feet to run the airline. outside. would that make a difference also i plan on using 3/4 to 1 inch tubing. which should be enough to raise my ph. has anyone else tried this with the lifereef skimmer and what are the results. if I don't see any results from it. I have a second skimmer that is not a lifereef I can also use also.

Had you thought about adding a co2 scrubber for when you have to turn the a/c back on?
