I'm just wondering how long I should light acclimate new corals (specifically torches and hammers) to my tank. All of my other corals seemed to acclimate after about 3-4 days and fully open. My hammer and my torch (new) are still only about halfway opened since adding them to my tank 6 days ago. I have an apogee par meter coming from BRS to assess my par in various areas of my tank.

I made an executive decision to put my torch in a high flow area and not worry about if it is getting too much par and so far it has extended more. I receive my apogee par meter on friday to do proper testing, but so far I have to say that flow has so far been a bigger difference than lighting.
