I just transferred everything from my two year old 65 gallon tank to a 180 last night. I’m using the same lights and after moving them over cut the percentage by half. I figure I can increase percentage about 2% daily to get back to where I was in a 2 week timeframe. Then I can take a par reading and adjust if needed. Does this sound like a solid plan?

Same corals and same light? Put it right back at its previous schedule.
Same corals, same reefbreeders photon 48”… but much bigger tank so temporarily I have a AI 16hd prime on each end to help out. Most the coral is attached to rock structures but are in different orientations now.

Upgrade looks great. Id still put it back to your previous settings without skipping a beat. You have more volume but not more intensity in light output. You may actually have less if the tank is taller. I think people run into issues coming from halide or T5 and then changing to new LEDs.
