Light acclimation question

I have had several frag on the sand bed for a few weeks and I was wondering how far up I can move them at one time? I am running 6x54w t5s over a 75g

Depends on the coral. I usually move SPS pretty quickly, LPS sort of quickly, Zoas and softies slowly....generally speaking.

Ok. I get that but what is considered quickly? 3 inches a day, a week
