Light Acclimation

Today I will be upgrading my light on my 10gal Nuvo Fusion from an Aquamaxx Nemo to an AI Prime. My question is, should I run the acclimation setting I was reading about? If so how long? Tank is a zoa garden with a single acro that just went in yesterday.
