light acclimation

I just bought a tyree rogue milli, and a pearlberry acro from a guy today who had them under T5's. I have metal halides with LED actinic supplements. I wanted to know how long I should keep them on the sandbed to acclimate?

I would start them at the bottom for a week our two then move them up about an inch at a time to your desired placement. This is when a magnetic frag rack really comes in handy.
