Light and flow recommendation for a couple frags.

I bought a frag of purple monsters and a Hawaiian ding dang variety. What would experienced keepers suggest these variants receive for flow and lighting?

My purple monsters have been in my tank for about two weeks. I’ve moved them all over and they never close. They also spread like a virus. I doubt you can put them anywhere and they do badly.

Not sure how fast Pandora’s spread. I can say purple monsters spread like weeds.
